Customer Satisfaction/Return Policy

1) Any product deemed uncarvable by the customer may be returned to the company. If the company agrees that the piece is uncarvable, the company shall replace the piece at no charge to the customer. The customer must obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from the company by notifying us of intent to return by writing, email, or phone. The customer will pay shipping cost back to Boxes N Such.

2) Boxes N Such is not responsible for shipping damage. We will inspect each product before it is shipped and insure it is of top quality. If the product is damaged in shipping you must address the issue with the carrier that delivered your product.

3) Any product may be returned within seven working days if a return authorization number (RMA) is used. To obtain a return authorization number from the company, notify us of intent to return by writing, email, or phone. The product must be returned in its original package and be undamaged and unaltered. The customer will pay shipping cost back to Boxes N Such.  

4) On Credit Card Orders a credit will be added to your card. We do not refund cash for goods bought on credit cards.
